Jason Dodd Qualifies in Advanced Trauma

Residential Estates are proud to announce that our Sales and Lettings Coordinator, Jason, who is also a fire-fighter for North Wales Fire and Rescue Service has gained a BTEC qualification in advanced trauma.
Fire-fighters across the UK are now being trained to respond to medical emergencies as well as their original roles and Jason can now respond to emergencies such as:
Initial care of injuries to bones, muscles, and joints
Initial care of burns and scalds
Initial care of other trauma related injuries
Skeletal stabilisation
Child and infant basic life support
Removal of crash helmets
Provide immediate emergency care (trauma)
Bag/valve/mask
Jason said, ' by gaining this qualification I can not only use my new skills when I'm a firefighter but also in the work-place and help members of public in emergency situations. I'm excited to have achieved this as it took a lot of hard work and training!'
