Residential Estates Welcomes New Employee

Residential Estates is proud to announce Jason Dodd as the company’s enthusiastic Sales and Lettings Co-ordinator. Jason will be responsible for dealing with enquiries from existing and potential tenants, organizing and conducting viewings and sourcing new properties to expand the company’s market share.

Jason’s successful career involved working in Tesco facing customers in a variety of situations. Since 2010, he has been a Firefighter at Deeside Fire Station for North Wales Fire and Rescue Service. Jason responds to emergency incidents and protecting members of the public by doing home safety visits ensuring smoke alarms are fitted in properties. Recently he has undertaken a trauma course with the fire service and responds to not only fires, but medical emergencies and other incidents as well.

Jason said ‘I was attracted to Residential Estates as I’m keen to be involved with the property sector and really progress within the area. I have great ambitions within the company to provide professional and quality customer service at all times. The skills I have learned throughout my working career can be utilised and I look forward to working closely with the team at Residential Estates.”
