Residential Estates Unveils New Corporate Identity

Residential Estates is thrilled to announce the launch of a new logo and brand identity, a significant change just one year after the company's silver anniversary. The change signifies its growth and transformation and celebrates the culture of exceptional customer satisfaction built over the company's 25 year history.
“The change in our identity kick starts a new era and represents what Residential Estates stands for today” explains Steve Povall, Managing Director, adding that “the Kingfisher symbolises peace, prosperity, integrity and vitality; all of which are core values of the company”.

The new brand comprises a strong and formal style to convey reliability, reputability and solidity. The green Kingfisher is striking against the white background, representing Residential Estates’ ability to stand out in their market. Steve Povall deems the new corporate identity to be a “symbol of a promise to continue to deliver an outstanding, professional and dedicated service to customers”.
Furthermore, in addition to the launch of the new brand, Residential Estates has also unveiled a new company website. The site demonstrates a vibrant and state of the art approach to property and investments. It also showcases the company's commitment to providing excellent customer service through its sleek and easy-to-use design. This new platform allows Residential Estates to highlight their unique understanding of the ever changing property market; a trait which will lead the company to be a forerunner in modern day property sales and management.
