Estate Agent Services – Liverpool/Cheshire

 

£24k base £80k OTE

 

Due to exciting company growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focused, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service, to join a property market leader/on line estate agency.

 

Applicants must be at least 25 years old and have a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years due to insurance restrictions.  As you will be working from a home based location, your location is vital to your application, so please include your full home postcode, along with a covering letter.

 

The basic salary is up to 24k per annum, with an earning potential of 80k annually, company car, laptop and mobile phone. This role would ideally suit someone who is enthusiastic and ambitious, with strong customer skills and is looking to take a step upwards and work on the road. As a Regional Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building up the territorial business through gaining new customers and accounts. A track record in sales, experience in the implementation of marketing campaigns/strategies is helpful.

 

Main duties of the post:

 

  •         Achieve territorial growth plans as agreed 

  •         Successfully implement, retain and develop new account wins.

  •         Report monthly and quarterly performance reviews internally

  •         Viewing properties, and taking photos with state of the art ultra-wide angle photography.

  •         Advising clients about the buying/selling process and also the market strategy.

  •         Valuing properties marketing and advertising properties for sale 

  •         Develop the long term relationship with clients through regular social engagement, some of which will                         be outside of normal working hours.

  •         Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction scoring on partner surveys.

  •         Liaison with the management team to address any service delivery issues.

  •         Responsible for proactively managing your own time to ensure all clients are regular met with,                                     and communicating weekly to line manager details of activities for previous week and your plan for upcoming             week.

  •         You will be reporting directly into a Business Director, work alongside the team of PMs, strategists, creatives,             tech specialists and discipline specialists.

  •         You will ensure the agency's position on the clients roster's is maintained and lead all pitches for projects                   working closely with the internal creative and design teams.

  •         Additionally you will be involved in new business meetings with prospective vendors.

  •         To be the main point of contact for client communications whilst identifying new opportunities to help us to                 achieve growth.

  •         Produce account plans for your region and demonstrate added value at all opportunities

  •         Work with the Operations team to develop and maintain clear and accurate budgets to achieve pre­set goals

  •         â€ªAchieve personal assigned client growth and profitability goals as assigned.

 

The Candidate:

 

 You will also need to possess the following attributes: 

 

  • Full driving License -Over the age of 25 (insurance purposes essential).

  • Experience within listing/estate agency essential.

  • A self-motivated `can do` attitude.

  • Outstanding communication skills. 

  • Ability to work as part of a successful team. 

  • A stable work history within estate agency and sales environment.

 

Hours of work 

Flexible working - 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (some weekend work)
