Residential Estates is a successful estate agency and property services group and a fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Customer Care Team working within a new online platform.
Based at our Chester office, we are looking for passionate people to join our successful team; we have unparalleled coverage of the UK property market and are uniquely placed to support our customers across the residential and commercial property markets and we therefore require people who can provide a seamless customer service experience by delivering exceptional service at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Handling large volumes of calls from customers and third parties, offering a seamless service.

Focus on providing an exceptional level of customer service; showing empathy, professionalism and product awareness, whilst handling and resolving queries in a timely manner.

Ability to multi-task and document accurate notes on the system.

To ask relevant and appropriate questions of the customer in order to identify and maximise cross sales opportunities.

Responsible for personal SLA`s and KPI`s, ensuring service delivered delights our customers and best practice is followed.

To continually meet the objectives and targets as set by the management team and strive to exceed these.

Contribute to a team ethos of striving for success.

Project a positive image of organisation, our people and our services.

Any other administrative or project work as required.
You should:

Essentially, you should also:​

Have experience of working within a call centre or estate agency environment.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.

Have a high degree of accuracy in English and Maths.

Be courteous and professional at all times to both customers and fellow employees.

Possess the ability to cope under pressure and work to targets.
